Creating a new email account

Adding a new email account is made simple thanks to the NetHost Control Panel.

Step 1
Login to the NetHost Control Panel and select the "Email Accounts" icon from the main menu.

Step 2
The next page will list all POP email accounts you have created inlcluding the "Default Account" (you cannot delete the default account). To add your new email account, simply click the "Add Account" icon.

Step 3
Enter the desired email address (you will only need to enter the part before the "@", CPanel adds the rest automatically. Choose a password for this account, and enter a Disk Space Quota - the default is 10MB.

Click "Create" and your new email account will be created, you will receive a confirmation that looks as follows:

Account Created

The e-mail account name@domain.com with the login yname+domain.com and password password with a quota of 10 megs was successfully created.


Record these details, you will need these when you set the account up in your email client.
