Changing your SMTP server settings
Step One
Click "Tools" from
the menubar then select "Accounts" from the drop-down
menu.

Step Two: Internet Accounts
Select the "Mail" tab and double-click the email
account that is hosted by NetHost.

Step Three: Properties
Now select the "Servers" tab and make the
changes as listed below in red. The main change is to change
your Outgoing mail (SMTP) server from mail.yourdomain.co.nz
to smtp.xtra.co.nz
You must also ensure the bottom
checkbox (My server requires authentication) is unticked.

You are done!
We now suggest you send yourself, and someone
else, a test message to ensure your new email settings are
working.
